REALTOR®

Any Real Estate Agent is eligible as long as they are a member of a Local Board of REALTORS®. Dues are paid thru National WCR. They can hold any Office or Committee Chair and vote. They receive the "Connection" magazine & are featured in Annual Referral Roster. They also have access to password protected information on http://www.wcr.org.

NATIONAL AFFILIATE

WCR National bylaws limit National Affiliate membership to no more than 30% per Chapter (30% of Realtor Members only). A National Affiliate member must be a member of the Local Board of REALTORS®. They may vote, but they do not count toward a quorum. The may serve as a Standing & Special Committee Chairperson and may serve on all committees except the Nominating Committee. A National Affiliate may hold the offices of Secretary and/or Treasurer only in the Local WCR Chapter. Their dues are billed thru National WCR. They receive the "Connection" magazine & are featured in the Annual Referral Roster. They also have access to password protected information on http://www.wcr.org.

LOCAL AFFILIATE

A prospective Affiliate member may become a Local Affiliate without holding any form of membership in the Local Board of REALTORS®. A Local Affiliate may not hold office in the Local Chapter or serve as a Standing Committee Chairman. They may serve as a Special Committee Chairperson and may serve on all committees except the Nominating Committee. Dues paid by a Local Affiliate are retained by the Local Chapter and are not sent to the National WCR office. Dues are billed by Local Chapter and not National WCR.
