Lonnie relocated to Lake Havasu City back in 1986 and started in the Real Estate business as a licensed Real Estate agent, becoming a Real Estate broker in 1991. In 2002 Lonnie changed careers and joined Mohave State Bank working in their Mortgage Department as a residential loan officer. Since 2002, Lonnie has helped hundreds of people with their financing needs.

 Lonnie opened the CTX Mortgage office in August 2006 for Centex Corporation. He has begun to get more involved in mortgage planning having earned his Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist, CMPS designation and CTX Mortgage is definitely a company better suited to helping Lonnie continue the relationships he has built over the years.

Lonnie and his wife Barbara have been married 16 years and have a 2 year old son, Jimmy. They are awaiting the arrival of a second son, Adam in May. Lonnie has a 25 year old son, Josh, who is married and living in Phoenix. Josh and his wife Brandi are parents of a 16 month old son, Kai. Josh has just recently graduated from computer graphics school and has begun a new career in computer gaming.

 Away from work Lonnie is an avid NASCAR fan, even having done some freelance writing and photography on the series for several major publications back in the 90’s. His other interests include: baseball, basketball, football, reading and listening to music.
